调节—混凝—沉淀工艺处理小规模酸洗废水

摘要:

采用调节—混凝—沉淀组合工艺处理某机械公司酸洗废水。该工程处理水量为30 t/d,当进水的总磷、总铁、Zn2+平均质量浓度分别为33.3、230.0、44.0 mg/L 时, 该工艺对总磷、总铁、Zn2+的平均去除率分别为99.9%、99.0%、97.7%,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中的一级排放标准,工艺运行费用为0.80 元/t。调节—混凝—沉淀组合工艺适于处理小型机械厂内部的酸洗废水。

Abstract:

The combined adjustment—coagulation—sedimentation process has been used for treating the pickling wastewater in a machinery company. The water treatment capacity of this project is 30 t/d. The average mass concentration of total phosphorus,total iron and Zn2+ in influent water are 33.3 mg/L,230.0 mg/L,44.0 mg/L,respectively. The processing results show that the average removing rates of total phosphorus,total iron and Zn2+ are 99.9% ,99.0% ,97.7% respectively,achieving the first class of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978—1996). The process operation cost is CNY 0.80/t. The combined adjustment—coagulation—sedimentation process is suitable for treating internal pickling wastewater in small-scale machinery plants.
