摘要:

针对印染废水有机物浓度高、可生化性差、水质变化大及色度高等特点,采用水解酸化—接触氧化—混凝气浮组合工艺进行处理。运行结果表明, 废水经组合工艺处理后CODCr、BOD5、SS、色度的去除率分别为92.1%、88.2%、86.5%、92.0%,最终出水水质达到了《纺织工业水污染排放标准》(GB 4287—1992)一级排放标准要求。

Abstract:

According to the characteristics of printing & dyeing wastewater,such as high concentration of organic substances,poor biodegradability,changeable water quality and high chroma,it has been treated by the hydrolysis acidification—contact oxidation—coagulation air floatation process. The results show that the removing rates of CODCr,BOD5,SS,and chroma are 92.1% ,88.2% ,86.5% and 92.0% ,respectively. The quality of the final effluent can meet the requirements of the first class of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry(GB 4287—1992).
