摘要：

根据天津某钢厂废水水质特点,将石灰石固定滤床应用于该实际工程中,将废水pH由1~2调节至4~5后,在曝气氧化的条件下,再用碱石灰将pH调至8.5~9,以去除废水中的Fe²⁺、H⁺、PO₄^3-、Zn²⁺。采用该方法不仅因为石灰石价格低廉,降低了废水单位处理费用,而且处理效果稳定,便于后续碱石灰投加的自动化控制。

Abstract:

According to the features of the wastewater in a steel works in Tianjin,the limestone in fixed filter bed has been applied to the treatment of acid pickling wastewater.After the pH of the wastewater is adjusted from 1-2 to 4-5,the Fe²⁺,H⁺,PO₄^3- and Zn²⁺ in the wastewater can be removed,when the pH is adjusted to 8.5-9 with soda lime under aeration oxidation conditions.Using the limestone in fixed filter bed for treating the wastewater can not only reduce the treatment cost,since the limestone is cheap,but also make the treatment steady,and is convenient for controlling the subsequent soda lime adding automatically.
