摘要:

随着对污水处理需求的不断变化, 水力旋流器的研究及应用也越来越广泛。介绍了水力旋流器的工作原理和发展历史, 概述了国内外对其分离过程的理论研究以及所面临的难题。并从结构参数优化、内部流场模拟和应用技术拓展等3个方面总结了水力旋流器的研究现状, 最后展望了水力旋流器的发展趋势。

关键词: 水力旋流器, 分离模型, 结构参数优化, 内部流场模拟

Abstract:

With the unceasing changes in the demands for wastewater treatment, the research and application of hydrocyclone has been more and more extensive. The working principle and development history of hydrocyclone are introduced and the theoretical studies of separation process in China and abroad, as well as the problems confronted are outlined. Three aspects, such as structure parameter optimization, internal flow field simulation and the expansion of application techniques, etc. are summarized. At the end, the development trend of hydrocyclone is forecast.
