摘要：

斜管及斜板沉淀设施在钢铁企业水处理过程中得到了广泛的应用.总结了斜管及斜板沉淀池在多个钢厂水处理应用过程中存在的一些共同问题,并对问题的成因进行了分析.针对问题的成因,结合实际经验从沉淀池设计改进及管理措施强化两方面提出问题的解决对策.

Abstract:

Inclined tube and inclined plate sedimentation facilities have widely been used in the water treatment process in iron and steel enterprises. Some common problems existed in the process of applying inclined tube and inclined plate sedimentation tanks to water treatment in many iron & steel works are summarized. The causes of problems are analyzed. Aiming at the problem causes,combining with actual experiences,the countermeasures to the problems are presented from the aspects of the sedimentation tank design improvement and the strengthening of management measures.
