摘要:
为降低炼化企业新鲜水消耗量及污水排放量,开展了电渗析脱盐深度处理炼化废水的工程化应用试验研究.通过20 t/h电渗析脱盐中试装置的3个月连续运行,探讨了电渗析脱盐深度处理炼化废水回用于循环水补水的可行性,并优化电渗析脱盐装置运行参数,考察装置连续稳定运行性能,为该技术的工程化推广应用提供参考.

Abstract:
In order to reduce fresh water consumption and wastewater emission,experimental researches on the advanced treatment of refining wastewater by electrodialysis process,through engineering approaches and application have been developed. After a 3-month continuous operation of the 20 t/h electrodialysis desalination device,the feasibility of the advanced treatment of refining wastewater by electrodialysis desalination is discussed,the operation parameters of the device are optimized,and continuously stable operation capacities are investigated. The experimental results provide reference for the engineering popularization and application of this technology.
