Combination of A/O and biofilm process in the treatment of petroleum refinery wastewater

摘要:

对比研究了A/O和A/O复合生物膜工艺处理石油炼化废水的效能,并对其微生物群落结构进行了分析。结果表明,A/O复合生物膜工艺对废水中COD、NH4+-N和TN的去除率分别为99%、95.5%和94.5%,高于A/O工艺的95%、80%和79%。投加填料提高了污泥VSS/TSS值和SVI值,同时促进了系统石油降解菌(缺氧池:XanthomonasClostridiumAnaerolineaAlcaligenes;好氧池:ClostridiumPseudomonasComamonas)和硝化反硝化菌(缺氧池:EnterobacterZoogloeaHyphomicrobium;好氧池:NitrospiraPseudomonasBurkholderia)的富集。

Abstract:

A comparative study on the treatment of petroleum refining wastewater using A/O process and combination of A/O and biofilm process, was performed to investigate their performance and microbial community. The results showed that combination of A/O and biofilm process could remove 99% of COD, 95.5% of NH4+-N and 94.5% of TN, higher than those in A/O process(95%, 80% and 79%). The addition of biofilm carriers improved the ratio of VSS and TSS, and SVI value. The presence of biofilm carriers also stimulated the enrichment of petroleum degrading bacterium (anoxic tank:Xanthomonas, Clostridium, Anaerolinea and Alcaligenes; aerobic tank:Clostridium, Pseudomonas and Comamonas) and nitrifying/denitrifying bacteria(anoxic tank for denitrifying bacteria:Enterobacter, Zoogloea and Hyphomicrobium; aerobic tank for nitrifying bacteria:Nitrospira, Pseudomonas and Burkholderia).
