移动床生物滤池对炼化污水COD的去除研究

Study on the removal of COD from refinery wastewater by moving bed biological filter

摘要:

曝气生物滤池是一种生物膜法污水处理技术,可以有效去除水中的有机物和悬浮物,具有运行负荷高、出水效果好、经济高效、易于管理等优点,在污废水处理领域中应用广泛。但传统的曝气生物滤池工艺存在不足之处,如采用固定床定期间断反冲洗,实际运行时系统配置复杂、自动控制要求高、占地面积大。移动床生物滤池对传统生物滤池进行了优化,使滤料在池内进行内循环流动。在不同水力负荷条件下,研究了移动床生物滤池与传统生物滤池对COD的处理效果。研究结果表明,在处理负荷略高于传统生物滤池的情况下,移动床生物滤池对COD的处理效果高于传统滤池;处理负荷高于传统滤池负荷3倍的情况下,移动床生物滤池对COD的去除效果与传统滤池接近。

Abstract:

Biological aerated filter is a kind of biofilm treatment technology, which can effectively remove organic matter and suspended solid in water, with the advantages of high operating load, good treatment effect, economic, easy management, etc., and is widely used in the field of wastewater treatment. However, the traditional biological aerated filter process has shortcomings, such as regular intermittent backwashing with fixed bed, complex system configuration, high automatic control requirements and large site area during actual operation. The moving bed biofilter was optimized for the conventional biofilter, allowing filter media to flow in an internal circulation in the tank. The effect of moving bed biofilter and conventional biofilter on COD treatment was investigated under different hydraulic load conditions. The results showed that the COD removal effect of the moving bed biofilter was higher than that of the conventional biofilter, at a load slightly higher than that of conventional biofilter. Under the condition that treatment load was three times higher than that of conventional filter, the effect of moving bed biofilter on COD removal was close to that of conventional filter.
