摘要:

采用气浮-厌氧-氧化沟工艺处理蓝湿皮生产工业明胶的废水,含铬废水采用焦亚硫酸钠还原法和氢氧化钠沉淀法处理,同时根据工艺不同阶段产生的不同性质的污泥采用不同脱水方式,最大程度发挥污泥脱水设备的特点.运行结果表明:工艺合理可行,管理方便,投资及运行成本较低,出水可稳定达到国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)一级排放标准,实现废水的回收利用.

Abstract:

Air flotation-anaerobic-oxidation ditch process has been used for treating the industrial gelatin wastewater from wet blue production,and sodium metabisulfite reduction method and sodium hydroxide precipitation method have been used for treating chromate-containing wastewater. Meanwhile,different dewatering modes should be used for the sludge that has been produced according to different process stages,having different characteristics,by which the characteristics of sludge dewatering equipment can play the role at the greatest degree. The operation results show that the process is characterized by reasonable and feasible technology,easy management,and low investment and running cost. The effluent can steadily reach the first level of discharge standard specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996),realizing the wastewater recycling.
