Research on the treatment of phenol wastewater by iron-loaded bamboo charcoal heterogeneous Fenton catalysts

摘要:

采用载铁竹炭非均相Fenton催化剂处理苯酚模拟废水,研究了反应体系中各因素对废水处理效果的影响。结果表明: 载铁竹炭是一种具有多重优势的非均相Fenton催化剂,在其投加质量浓度为6 g/L、H2O2投加浓度为180 mmol/L,无需调节pH的条件下处理500 mg/L的苯酚废水,苯酚和TOC去除率分别达到99.2%、51.5%。催化剂在参与反应的同时发挥了竹炭本身的吸附作用,且拓宽了Fenton反应的pH范围,能被重复利用。

Abstract:

The simulated phenol wastewater has been treated with iron-loaded bamboo charcoal heterogeneous Fenton catalyst. The influences of various factors in the reaction system on wastewater treatment effect are studied. The results show that the iron-loaded bamboo charcoal is a kind of heterogeneous Fenton catalyst having many advantages. When 500 mg/L of phenol wastewater is treated under the following conditions: its mass concentration is 6 g/L, H2O2 concentration is 180 mmol/L and needs not pH adjustment, the removing rates of phenol and COD are 99.2%and 51.5%, respectively. While the catalyst is taking part in the reaction, the adsorption effect of bamboo charcoal itself is brought into play. It broadens the range of pH of Fenton reaction, and can be used repeatedly.
