摘要:
用低取代度的醋酸酯淀粉与阳离子醚化剂反应而合成了一种新型两性淀粉印染废水处理剂,通过考察醚化反应体系的pH、反应时间、反应温度及醚化剂的用量对阳离子取代度的影响,确定最佳反应条件为:反应体系pH=11,反应温度45℃,反应时间8 h。并测试了不同阳离子取代度的醋酸酯阳离子两性淀粉水处理剂对印染废水色度去除率,确定阴离子取代度0.074 5、阳离子取代度0.013 1的两性淀粉脱色效果最好。

Abstract:
A new type of amphoteric starch printing and dyeing wastewater treatment agent has been synthesized by using acetate starch with low substitution degree,and cationic etherifying agent. Based on the investigation of the effects of pH,reaction time,reaction temperature and the dosage of etherifying agent on the cationic substitution degree,the optimum reaction conditions are as follows: reaction system pH is 11,reaction temperature 45℃,and reaction time 8 h. Acetate cation amphoteric starch with different cationic substitution degree on the removing rate of the chroma of printing and dyeing wastewater is tested. It is determined that the decolorization effect of amphoteric starch is the best,when anionic substitution degree is 0.074 5,and cationic substitution degree 0.013 1.
