阳离子胶原蛋白絮凝剂改善污泥脱水性能的研究

Study on the application of cationic collagen flocculant to the improvement of sludge dewaterability

摘要:

从皮革固体废弃物中提取胶原蛋白, 以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵对其改性, 制备了阳离子胶原蛋白絮凝剂(PCDMC)。研究了PCDMC对污泥脱水性能的影响, 同时对PCDMC的絮凝机理进行了探讨。研究表明:质量浓度为1 g/L的PCDMC调质100 mL污泥时, 在投加量为4 mL, 搅拌速度为120 r/min, 污泥pH为6~7时, 脱水效果良好, 且在5~40 ℃的污泥温度下, PCDMC的絮凝效果随温度的升高而提高。

Abstract:

Cationic collagen flocculant(PCDMC) has been synthesized with the collagen that was extracted from leather solid wastes and modified with the copolymerization of methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride. The effects of PCDMC on sludge dewatering capacity are studied, and the mechanisms are discussed. The experimental results show that the dewatering capacity is the best, when the mass concentration of PCDMC is 1 g/L and its dosage is 4 mL per 100 mL, the stirring speed 120 r/min and sludge pH is ranged from 6 to 7. Furthermore, the results also indicate that when the sludge temperature is 5-40 ℃, the higher the sludge temperature the better the dewatering effect.
