无机混凝剂与壳聚糖联合调理对污泥脱水的影响

Influence of the co-conditioning of inorganic coagulants combined with chitosan on sludge dewatering effects

摘要:

研究了无机混凝剂(PAFC和PAC)与壳聚糖(CTS)联合调理对污泥脱水效果的影响.结果表明:联合调理污泥脱水效果明显优于单一混凝剂调理.当无机混凝剂PAFC和PAC投加量(以干污泥量计)分别为60 mg/g,CTS投加量(以干污泥量计)为3.0 mg/g时,PAFC+CTS、PAC+CTS调理污泥比阻比原泥分别降低了87.90%和84.93%,滤饼含水率降到76.3%和76.9%,污泥平均粒径从原来的8.70 μm分别增大至59.07 μm和54.69 μm.相同投加量下,PAFC+CTS联合调理的污泥脱水效果优于PAC+CTS联合调理.

Abstract:

The influence of the co-conditioning of inorganic coagulants(PAFC and PAC)combined with chitosan (CTS) on sludge dewatering effects has been studied. The results show that the co-conditioning sludge dewatering effects are obviously superior to single coagulant conditioning. When the dosages of PAFC and PAC are 60 mg/g respectively,and the dosage of CTS is 3.0 mg/g,the conditioning specific resistance of sludge of PAFC+CTS and PAC+CTS is decreased by 87.90% and 84.93%,the moisture content of filter cake is dropped to 76.3% and 76.9%,and average sludge particle sizes are increased from 8.70 μm to 59.07,54.69 μm,respectively. With the same dosages,the sludge dewatering effects of PAFC+CTS co-conditioning is superior to that of PAC+CTS co-conditioning.
