HCO3-浓度对厌氧氨氧化反应的影响

Effects of HCO3 concentration on ANAMMOX reaction

摘要:

接种稳定运行的UASB厌氧氨氧化反应器污泥至厌氧发酵罐进行批式实验,研究了进水HCO3-浓度对厌氧氨氧化反应的影响.结果表明,当进水HCO3-质量浓度 <0.8 g/L时,发酵罐出水pH迅速大幅度升高,抑制了厌氧氨氧化细菌活性,氮去除速率大幅下降;随着进水HCO3-质量浓度从0.8 g/L增加到1.2 g/L,厌氧氨氧化细菌的活性增加;进一步提高HCO3-浓度,氮去除速率下降,厌氧氨氧化细菌的活性又受到抑制.HCO3-对厌氧氨氧化反应的影响表现为提供充足碳源和调节反应器pH的综合作用.

Abstract:

Batch experiments on the inoculation of the sludge in UASB ANAMMOX reactor that runs steadily to the fermentation tank have been conducted. The influences of influent HCO3concentration on ANAMMOX reaction are investigated. The results show that when the mass concentration of influent HCO3is less than 0.8 g/L,the effluent pH of the fermentation tank rise quickly to a great extent,inhibiting the bacterial activity of anaerobic ammonia oxidation,and making the nitrogen removing rate drop to a great extent. With the increase of the influent HCO3mass concentration from 0.8 g/L to 1.2 g/L,the activity of anaerobic ammonia oxidation bacteria increases. When the concentration of HCO3is raised further,the nitrogen removing rate decreases,and the activity of anaerobic ammonia oxidation bacteria is inhibited,again. It is concluded that the influences of HCO3on the ANAMMOX reaction are to supply sufficient carbon source and regulate the reactor pH.
