摘要:
介绍了光伏企业含氟废水回用处理的工程实例, 将废水通过调节pH, 活性炭过滤预处理后, 采用二级反渗透工艺对含氟废水进行处理, 产水代替自来水回用于纯水站制备纯水并回用于生产。该项目设计处理水量为180 m3/h, 回用率60%以上。项目实施后, 系统运行稳定, 静态投资回报期为2.2 a, 每年可节约新鲜水95万m3, 减少氟化物排放量11.4 t, 经济和环境效益显著。

Abstract:
A case study on the reuse of fluoride-containing wastewater from photovoltaic industry is introduced. The pH of the fluoride-containing wastewater should firstly be adjusted and pretreated by activated carbon filtration. Then, the wastewater can be treated by the two-stage RO process. The produced water can substitute tap water to be reused for the pure water station and then reused for production. The treatment capacity of the designed project is 180 m3/h, and reclamation rate is more than 60%. Since the project has been put in use, Its running results show that the system runs stably, and its static investment return period is 2.2 years. Every year 950 000 m3 of fresh water can be saved, and 11.4 t of fluoride discharge amount can be reduced. Therefore, its economic and environmental benefits are remarkable.
