生物固定化技术及其在染料废水脱色中的应用

Biological immobilized techniques and their application to the decolorization of dyeing wastewater

摘要:

在染料废水的生物处理法中,固定化技术得到了广泛的应用。根据造价及其稳定性,不同的固定化技术适用于不同的染料降解反应中。较游离态而言,生物固定化技术具有高稳定性、高生物活性和重复利用性。最近,关于固定化技术的报道已经有很多。然而,大多数研究均针对于特定的固定化技术的应用。综述了菌体与酶固定化的主要方法,比较了不同固定化技术的优缺点及不同载体材料特性,简述了固定化技术在处理染料废水中的应用。

Abstract:

Immobilization techniques have widely been applied to the biological treatment methods for dyeing wastewater. Different immobilization techniques are suitable for different dyeing degradation reaction,according to their project cost and stability. Compared to its free form,bio-immobilization techniques have high stability,high biological activity and reusability. Recently,there have been a lot of reports on immobilization techniques,but most studies are only aiming at the application of specific immobilization techniques. The main methods for thalli and enzyme immobilizations are introduced and summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of immobilization techniques,and the characteristics of different carrier materials compared. In addition,an account on the application of immobilization techniques to the treatment of dyeing wastewater is presented briefly.
