Study on flocculation enhanced iron carbon micro-electrolysis for the pretreatment of esterification wastewater

摘要:

研究了单一铁炭微电解预处理酯化废水的效果,通过正交和单因素试验考察了pH、水力停留时间、填料量和曝气时间等因素对处理效果的影响,并确定最佳反应条件,在此基础上进一步考察絮凝对COD去除效果的影响。结果显示:进水pH对处理效果影响最大,加碱絮凝适合处理酯化废水,在pH=2、HRT=2 h、填料量30%、曝气时间5 min、加碱(pH介于8.5~9.5)絮凝沉淀2 h的条件下,处理效果最佳,COD去除率达到30%以上。

Abstract:

The effect of single iron carbon micro-electrolysis on the pretreatment of esterification wastewater has been studied. Through orthogonal and single-factor tests,the influences of the factors,such as pH,HRT,the amount of filling materials,aeration time,etc. on the treatment effect are investigated,and the optimum reaction conditions are determined. Based on these conditions,the influences of flocculation on COD removing effect are investigated further. The results show that the influent pH has the greatest influence on treatment effect. Adding alkali flocculation is suitable for esterification wastewater treatment. When pH is 2,HRT 2 h,filler amount 30%,aeration time 5 min,and adding alkali(pH between 8.5-9.5) flocculation sediment time 2 h,the treatment effect is the best,the COD removing rate is above 30%.
