常温条件下OLAND工艺启动研究

Study on the start-up of OLAND process at room temperature

摘要:

探讨了常温下在固定床生物膜反应器中接种普通活性污泥、用人工模拟废水启动OLAND工艺的方法。实验温度控制在23~26℃,水力停留时间为2 d,初始进水NH4+-N为50 mg/L。结果表明,31 d首次出现总氮去除;第45天进水NH4+-N提升至60 mg/L,总氮和NH4+-N去除率分别达到89.54%、95.45%。第65天进水NH4+-N达到100 mg/L,总氮和NH4+-N去除率分别为77.64%、87.17%,总氮去除速率达到最大值38.82 g/(m3·d),标志着OLAND工艺成功启动。该技术可满足城市生活污水的除氮需求。

Abstract:

The method for the start-up of OLAND process with simulated sewage,by inoculating ordinary activated sludge in a fixed bed biofilm reactor at room temperature,is discussed. The temperature should be controlled in the range of 23-26℃,hydraulic retention time is 2 d,and initial concentration of influent NH4+-N 50 mg/L. The results demonstrate that on the 31st day the removal of total nitrogen occurs the first time,and on the 45th day the concentration of influent NH4+-N is increased to 60 mg/L. The removing rates of TN and NH4+-N could reach 89.54% and 95.45% respectively. On the 65th day,as the concentration of the influent NH4+-N reaches 100 mg/L,the removing rates of TN and NH4+-N are 77.64% and 87.17% respectively,and the max total nitrogen removing rate reaches 38.82 g/(m3·d),indicating that OLAND process has successfully been started up. The technology can meet the denitrification requirements for city domestic sewage
