生物絮凝剂产生菌的人工选育及污水处理试验

摘要:

为提高絮凝剂产生菌MS-2的絮凝效果,采用紫外线诱变和化学诱变相结合的方法对该出发菌株进行人工选育,获得性能优良、遗传稳定的变异菌株HZU-1,其絮凝率达到97.6%,比原菌株提高了43.1%。还研究了pH、投加量对其絮凝活性的影响,并进行了生物絮凝剂与聚合氯化铝处理城市生活污水的对比试验。

Abstract:

To improve the flocculation effect of flocculant-producing strain MS-2, the method of combining UV induced mutation with chemical mutation is used for the artificial breeding of strains, and, as a result, a kind of mutant strain, HZU-1 with excellent performances and stable heredity, has been obtained. Its flocculating rate reaches 97.6%, which is 43.1% higher than that of the original strain. The influences of pH and dosage on its flocculating activity are studied, and contrast experiments on using biological flocculating agent and polyaluminium chloride for the treatment of urban domestic sewage are accomplished.
