摘要:
作为污水处理系统的第二级处理设备,加气浮选器设备内外部结构存在不合理现象,处理能力远没有达到设计能力,无法适应上游流量和含油的大幅波动,也影响了下游设备的正常运行和注水水质的达标。南堡油田通过摸清设备问题所在,实施了一系列有效的改造,大幅提高了加气浮选器的除油能力,增强了流程抗波动能力,达到了预期的改造目的。

Abstract:
As the secondary unit in the wastewater treatment system, it was far from meeting the requirements for the designed capability, since there had been some inside and outside unreasonable structures in it, being unable to adapt to the upstream flow rate and the substantial fluctuation of oil contents. It also has impacts on the normal operation of the downstream unit, and the injection water quality. Through figuring out where the problems are in the unit by Nanbao Oilfield, and implementing a series of effective modification, the oil removing capability of the gas floatation unit is greatly increased and the fluctuation-resistance capacity of the process enhanced, reaching the predicted modifying purpose.
