一种复合阻垢剂在海上油田换热器上的应用研究

Research on the application of a kind of composite scale inhibitor to the heat exchanger in an offshore oilfield

摘要:

通过对南海东部某海上油田换热器处水样、垢样进行分析,并结合水质的结垢趋势预测,研究了该油田换热器的结垢问题。结果表明,该油田换热器有明显的硫酸钙结垢倾向。针对该油田设备内流体水含量较低(含水率在10%~20%)的特点,开发了一种适合该环境的复合型阻垢剂。现场应用研究表明,当注药质量浓度为100 mg/L时,成垢离子Ca2+、SO42-的保有率均有明显提高,换热器的硫酸钙结垢倾向得到了有效控制。

Abstract:

The water samples and scale samples of the heat exchanger in an offshore oilfield in the east part of the South China Sea have been analyzed. According to the scaling tendency prediction of water quality,the problem of heat exchanger scaling in the oilfield is studied. The results show that the oilfield heat exchanger has remarkable calcium sulfate scaling tendency. Since the fluid water content in the oilfield system is low(water content is10%-20%), a kind of composite scale inhibitor suitable for that environment has been developed. The application on site shows that when the mass concentration of the chemicals injected is 100 mg/L,the retention rates of scale forming ions Ca2+ and SO42- are both improved obviously. The calcium sulfate scaling tendency of the heat exchanger is effectively controlled.
