无磷缓蚀阻垢剂的应用研究

Research on the application of non-phosphorus corrosion and scale inhibitors

摘要:

针对神华煤化工某循环水系统的特点,模拟现场运行水质,通过静态阻垢分散实验、旋转挂片腐蚀实验、动态阻垢缓蚀实验开发出采用新型羧酸类共聚物接枝天然高分子化合物和聚环氧琥珀酸为主要成分的无磷水处理药剂。与传统含磷药剂和无磷药剂实验比较,新型无磷水处理药剂缓蚀、阻垢处理性能均优于传统含磷配方药剂,在煤化工循环水系统现场应用,取得良好的处理效果。

Abstract:

Aiming at the characteristics of a circulating water in Shenhua coal chemical industry,the water quality in the running spot field is simulated. Through static scale inhibition & dispersion test,rotary coupon corrosion test and dynamic scales inhibitor & dispersant test,a kind of non-phosphorus water treatment agent has been developed,using a new type of carboxylic acid copolymer grafted on to natural high molecular compounds and PESA as main components. Compared with traditional phosphorus-containing agents and non-phosphorus agents,the results show that its corrosion inhibition and scale inhibition capacities are both better than that of traditional phosphorus-containing formulated agents. Good treatment effects are obtained according to its application to circulating water in coal chemical industry spot fields.
