合成革废水处理工程实例

摘要:

针对合成革废水COD高、TN高的特点,采用“气浮+UASB+缺氧+接触氧化”组合工艺对合成革综合废水进行处理,出水达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)中的一级标准,其中COD、BOD5去除率分别达到了98.1%、99.1%。当内循环比为200%、接触氧化池出水溶解氧为2.0 mg/L时,在各项指标达标的前提下,系统出水氨氮含量最低。

Abstract:

Since the synthetic leather wastewater is characterized by high COD and high total nitrogen,the combined process,floatation+UASB+anoxia+contact oxidation has been used for its treatment. The results show that the effluent reaches the first level standard specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996),in which the removing rates of COD and BOD5 are 98.1% and 99.1%,respectively. When the inner circulating ratio is 200%,and the effluent dissolved oxygen content in the contact oxidation pond is 2.0 mg/L,under the precondition that every index reaches the standard,the ammonia-nitrogen content in the system effluent is the lowest.
