Effects of Fe3+ on A/O reactor performance and microbial community diversity

摘要:

为探究Fe3+对活性污泥反应器性能的影响作用机制,通过活性污泥性能指标、高通量测序等方法对比分析了0.5 mg/L的Fe3+对反应器中活性污泥性能和微生物菌群的影响。结果表明,Fe3+能有效提高污泥浓度、改善沉降性能,提高A/O反应器的生物处理效果。实验条件下,污泥SV30、SVI有所降低,而MLSS却提高;Fe3+也对A/O反应器中菌群相对丰度存在一定的影响,但对其种类的影响不明显。

Abstract:

In order to explore the effect mechanism of Fe3+ on the performance of activated sludge reactor, the effects of Fe3+ of 0.5 mg/L on the performance of activated sludge and microbial flora in the reactor were compared and analyzed by means of activated sludge performance index and high-throughput sequencing. The results showed that Fe3+ could effectively increase the sludge concentration, improve the sedimentation performance, and improve the biological treatment effect of A/O reactor. Under the experimental conditions, sludge SV30 and SVI decreased, but MLSS increased. Fe3+ also had a certain effect on the relative abundance of the flora in the A/O reactor. However, the effect on the species was not obvious.
