摘要:

从节能、防冻、优化操作等方面讲述独山子石化炼油厂对凝结水系统的回收改造,一方面将凝结水代替新水工质补入循环水场,降低了全厂新水的需求量;另一方面将凝结水并入热水系统,替换除氧水补水,同时对热量进行二次利用。通过对水汽系统联运联控摸索的不断调整,整合了全厂公用工程资源,达到了节能减排的目的。

Abstract:

In terms of energy saving,antifreeze,optimizing operation,etc.,the recovery and modification of the condensate system in Dushanzi Petrochemical Refinery is described. On the one hand,the new water is replaced by the condensate,to make up the circulating water yard,reducing the demand for new water in the whole refinery. On the other hand,the condensate is merged into the hot water system,replacing the deaerated water and make-up water, and at the same time,the heat is utilized the second time. By groping for the continuous adjustment to the through transport and combinational control of the water-steam system,the public engineering resources of the whole refinery are allocated,and the highlights of energy saving and emission reduction can be tapped.
