摘要: 台州市江口污水处理厂对污泥深度脱水系统进行升级改造,采用“污泥浓缩+化学调理+高压隔膜压滤”工艺,对污泥进行有效的减量化、稳定化处理,并能节省41%的污泥运输及处置费。介绍了该工程工艺流程及关键设计参数,并对升级改造工程的工程投资、实施后的效果、直接运行费及经济效益等进行进一步分析。

Abstract: An upgrading modification of the sludge advanced dewatering system in Jiangkou Sewage Treatment Plant of Taizhou City has been made. The process,sludge concentration + chemical conditioning + high pressure diaphragm filter pressing,can accomplish sludge minimizing and stabilizing treatment effectively,and save 41% of the sludge transportation and disposal costs. The process flow and key design parameters of the project are introduced. In addition,the project investment of the upgrading modification,the implementation effect,direct running costs and economic benefits are further analyzed.
