渗滤液处理站升级改造方案研究与工艺设计

摘要:

针对传统垃圾渗滤液处理工艺存在直接生化处理难度大、深度处理膜组件更换频繁等问题,以某垃圾填埋场渗滤液处理站升级改造为例,提出传统老化渗滤液处理站升级改造方案。该处理站渗滤液经过“高效固液分离—水解酸化—A2/O/MBR—臭氧气浮—碟管式反渗透膜(DTRO)”的组合工艺处理后,出水满足《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)标准要求,可实现垃圾渗滤液的稳定达标排放,改造投资和运营成本在可接受的范围内。

Abstract:

Traditional leachate management technologies often face problems including obstacles in direct biological process and frequent membrane components replacement in advanced treatment process. Taking the reconstruction of a landfill leachate treatment station as an example,the upgrading scheme for traditional aging leachate treatment stations was put forward. After treatment through a combined “coagulation-hydrolytic acidification-A2/O/MBR-multistage ozone air floatation-DTRO” process,the leachate effluent met the requirements of “Standard for pollution control on the landfill site of municipal solid waste”(GB 16889—2008) standard in China. The calculated investment and renovation costs were within acceptable range.
