高浓度餐厨垃圾压榨液处理工程设计实例

摘要:

某餐厨垃圾压榨液废水处理项目设计处理规模为240 m3/d。为确保项目废水达标排放,在分析餐厨垃圾压榨液原水水质的基础上,进行了工艺预选论证与组合工艺设计。设计采用隔油沉渣+混凝沉淀+气浮为前期预处理单元,利用VABR厌氧+二级A/O+MBR系统作为生化处理单元,最后利用臭氧催化氧化+混凝沉淀并联合活性炭过滤塔作为深度处理单元。项目跟踪监测运行结果表明,工艺出水COD为80~120 mg/L、BOD5<5 mg/L、NH3-N为22~36 mg/L、TN为32~57 mg/L、TP<5 mg/L、动植物油<5 mg/L。组合工艺整体出水水质稳定,符合污水接管排放要求。压榨液处理的直接成本约为32.83元/m3。该项目具有整体投资少、占地省、处理成本低等优点,可为同类项目的建设提供参考。

Abstract:

The design treatment scale of a kitchen waste pressing liquid wastewater treatment project was 240 m3/d. In order to ensure the discharge of wastewater up to the standard,based on the analysis of the raw water quality of pressing fluid,the project had carried out process pre-selection demonstration and combined process design. Oil separation sediment,coagulation sedimentation and air flotation were adopted as the preliminary pretreatment unit. VABR anaerobic and secondary A/O and MBR system were used as biochemical treatment unit. Finally,ozone catalytic oxidation,coagulation sedimentation and activated carbon filter tower were used as the advanced treatment unit. The tracking monitoring operation results of the project showed that the effluent CODwas 80-120 mg/L,BOD5 was less than 5 mg/L,NH3-N was 22-36 mg/L,TN was 32-57 mg/L,TP was less than 5 mg/L and animal and vegetable oils were less than 5 mg/L,respectively. The overall effluent quality of the combined process was stable and met the requirements of sewage discharge. The direct operation cost of pressing fluid treatment was about 32.83 yuan/m3. The project had the advantages of less overall investment,less land occupation and low treatment cost,which could provide reference for the similar projects.
