摘要:

根据印度尼西亚龙目岛2×25 MW电厂除盐水用水情况,进行了配套化水站的相关设计。重点阐述了化水站的过程工艺设计,包括工艺过程水量平衡分析、工艺设备参数的确定与设计选用、主要工艺设备材质选用等,最后列出了项目成功运行1个多月来各工艺段的产水水质数据,并分析了吨水直接成本费用。

Abstract:

According to the desalted water using situation in Indonesia Lombok 2×25 MW Power Plant,the relevant matching chemical water station has been designed. The process design of the chemical water station is expounded emphatically,including the analysis of water balance of the chemical water station process design,the determination and design selection of process equipment technical parameters,the selection of main process equipment materials,etc. At the end,the produced water quality data obtained from each process section,which has run for around one month successfully,are listed,and the direct costs per ton of produced desalted water are analyzed.
