水解酸化-A/O-MBR处理污泥电渗透废水中试研究

Pilot research on the treatment of sludge electro-osmotic dewatered water in sludge by hydrolysis-A/O-MBR process

摘要: 针对污泥经电渗透技术深度脱水后产生的脱除水,采用水解酸化-A/O-MBR工艺对其进行处理,考察了系统95 d的运行情况。研究结果表明,当缺氧池和好氧池的HRT分别为30 h,好氧池DO为2~3 mg/L,硝化液回流比为200%时,出水可达《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(CJ 343-2010)的排放标准。MBR对COD有一定的过滤截留作用,但对氨氮的截留无明显效果,适当地增大硝化液回流比会提高氨氮去除效率。

Abstract: Aiming at the dewatered water produced after the advanced sludge dewatering by electro-osmotic technol-ogy,the dewatered water has been treated by hydrolysis-A/O-MBR process,and the 95 days operational aspect of the system investigated. The result shows that the effluent can reach the discharge standards specified in the Water Quality Standard of the Sewage Discharged into Urban Sewers(CJ 343-2010),under the following conditions, HRT in anaerobic pool and aerobic pools are both 30 h,DO of aerobic pool 2-3 mg/L and nitrifying liquid reflux ratio 200%. The MBR has certain filtration and interception effects on COD,but no obvious interception effect on ammonia nitrogen. Increasing the nitrifying liquid reflux ratio appropriately can improve the ammonia nitrogen re-moving efficiency.
