Removing effects of the new kind of sulfate reducing bacteria embedded filler on Cd2+ and Pb2+

摘要: 采用聚乙烯醇-硼酸二次交联的方式,制作了新型硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)生物活性填料。以人工配制的含Cd2+和Pb2+的废水为处理对象,利用该活性填料分别进行了单金属和混合金属去除实验。与未经包埋处理的原始填料相比,该新型填料能够有效提高SRB对于重金属的耐受性。单金属去除实验表明,该包埋填料对于Cd2+和Pb2+都具有较高的去除率,同时具有较好的硫化物通透性。金属混合去除实验表明,Cd2+和Pb2+的去除速率与单项实验相比都出现了下降,Pb2+的去除速率大于Cd2+。高通量测序表明,包埋填料中,脱硫杆菌科(Desulfobacteraceae)、脱硫肠状菌科(Desulfomicrobiaceae)和脱硫单胞菌科(Desulfuromonadaceae)是主要功能菌种。

Abstract: A new kind of sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB)bioactive filler has been made in form of polyvinyl alco-hol-boric acid secondary cross linking. Using the artificially synthesized wastewater containing Cd2+ and Pb2+ as treatment target,the active fillers have been applied to single-metal and mixed-metal experiments,respectively. Compared with the fillers which were not embedded,the new kind of filler can effectively improve the SBR tolera-bility for heavy metals. The single-metal removing experiment shows that embedded fillers have higher Cd2+ and Pb2+ removing rates,and better sulfate permeability. The mixed-metal removing experiment shows that the remov-ing rates of both Cd2+ and Pb2+ are lower,compared with that of single-metal experiment. The removing rate of Pb2+ is higher than that of Cd2+. The high flux sequence shows that the main functional strains are Desulfobacteraceae, Desulfomicrobiaceae and Desulfuromonadaceae.
