UV/Fenton-Fe0技术降解盐酸副品红的研究

Research on UV/Fenton-Fe0 process for the degradation of hydrochloride parafuchsine

摘要: 采用基于Fe0的非均相UV/Fenton技术对水中盐酸副品红(BR9)的去除效果和主要影响因素进行了研究。结果表明:当pH=3.0,Fe0 25 mg/L,H2O2 34 mg/L时,1 min后BR9的去除率达93.4%,反应符合伪一级降解动力学;初始BR9浓度升高,反应速率降低,BR9绝对去除量增加。pH升高,BR9去除率降低,pH>3时,BR9去除率< 70%;水中少量天然有机物(TOC 5~10 mg/L)和常见无机阴离子(Cl-、SO42-和NO3-)均抑制了体系对BR9的降解;自由基抑制实验证实降解过程符合羟基自由基(·OH)氧化机理。

Abstract: Research on the removing effects of Fe0 based heterogeneous UV/Fenton process on hydrochloride para-fuchsine in water and the main influencing factors have been conducted. The results show that when pH=3.0, H2O2 34 mg/L,Fe0 25 mg/L,the removing rate of BR9 reaches 93.4% after 1 min reaction. The reaction complies with pseudo first order degradation kinetics. With the increase of initial BR9 concentration,the reaction speed de-creases and BR9 absolute removing capacity increases. With the increase of pH,the removing rate of BR9 de-crease. When its pH is>3,the average BR9 removing rate is<70%. A small amount of natural organic substances in water(TOC 5-10 mg/L)and common inorganic anions(Cl-、SO42- and NO3-)could inhibit the degradation effect of the system on BR9. The free radical inhibition test verifies that the degradation process complies with alkyl free radical(·OH)oxidation mechanism.
