摘要:

研究了以零价铁(Fe0)为催化剂的Fe0/O3体系对三硝基间苯二酚铅废水的预处理效果,通过对照实验验证了Fe0/O3体系的优越性。UV-Vis光谱分析结果表明,三硝基间苯二酚铅废水中的苯环和硝基均被完全去除。采用SEM-EDS和XRD对反应前后的Fe0进行表征,推断反应过程中产生大量Fe0的腐蚀产物(如Fe2+、Fe3+、铁的氧化物和氢氧化物等)。通过机理研究发现,Fe0的还原作用、臭氧的直接氧化和Fe0/O3的催化氧化均对污染物的去除有贡献。系统探究了实验参数对三硝基间苯二酚铅废水处理效果的影响,结果表明:在Fe0添加量为30 g/L、初始pH为2、O3曝气量为1.0 L/min、反应时间为120 min的条件下,三硝基间苯二酚铅废水的COD去除率达到79%,色度显著降低,B/C从0.09提高至0.53。经过5次连续实验,Fe0/O3体系对三硝基间苯二酚铅废水的COD去除率依然可以达到70%以上。

Abstract:

The pretreatment effect of Fe0/O3 system with zero-valent iron (Fe0) as the catalyst on lead-2,4,6-trinitroresorcinate styphnate wastewater was investigated, and the superiority of the Fe0/O3 system was verified by control experiments. The results of UV-Vis spectral analysis showed that both benzene ring and nitro group were completely removed from the wastewater. The Fe0 before and after the reaction was characterized by SEM-EDS and XRD, indicating that a large amount of Fe0 corrosion products, such as Fe2+, Fe3+, iron oxide and iron hydroxide, were generated during the reaction. The mechanism study showed that the reduction of Fe0, direct oxidation of O3 and catalytic oxidation of Fe0/O3 all contributed to the removal of pollutants. The effects of experimental parameters on the treatment effect of lead-2,4,6-trinitroresorcinate styphnate wastewater were systematically investigated. Under the conditions of Fe0 dosage of 30 g/L, initial pH of 2, O3 aeration rate of 1.0 L/min and reaction time of 120 min, the COD removal of lead-2,4,6-trinitroresorcinate styphnate wastewater reached 79%,the chroma was significantly reduced and B/C increased from 0.09 to 0.53. After five consecutive experiments, the COD removal rate of lead-2,4,6-trinitroresorcinate styphnate wastewater by Fe0/O3 system still reached more than 70%.
