紫外光激活过硫酸盐处理含吡啶有机废水的研究

Research on the treatment of organic wastewater containing pyridine by ultraviolet light-activated persulfate process

摘要: 用紫外光(UV)激活过硫酸盐(PS)的高级氧化技术处理有机废水中的吡啶。研究了紫外光照强度、PS投加量、反应初始pH、反应时间及氯离子浓度对吡啶降解效果的影响,确定了UV/PS工艺降解吡啶的最佳反应条件。实验结果表明:当反应初始吡啶质量浓度为20 mg/L,紫外光照强度为9.94 mW/cm2,PS投加量为1.0 mmol/L,反应初始pH为3,反应时间为30 min时,废水中吡啶降解率为96.91%,处理后吡啶质量浓度为1.12 mg/L。

Abstract: The advanced oxidation technology,ultraviolet light(UV) activated persulfate(PS) process,has been used for treating the pyridine contained in organic wastewater. The influences of UV-light intensity,PS dosage,initial pH,reaction time and chloride concentration on degradation effect of pyridine have been investigated. The optimal reaction conditions for the degradation of pyridine by UV/PS process is ascertained. The experimental results show that when the initial mass concentration of pyridine is 20 mg/L,UV-light intensity 9.94 mW/cm2,PS dosage 1.0 mmol/L,initial pH 3,and reaction time 30 min,the degradation rate of pyridine in wastewater is 96.91%,and the concentration of pyridine in treated effluent 1.12 mg/L.
