新型吡啶季铵盐与AMPS共聚物合成及缓蚀阻垢研究

Research on the synthesis of PDQA-AMPS copolymer and the evaluation of corrosion and scale inhibition

摘要: 以氯化N-烯丙基-3,5-二甲酸吡啶(PDQA)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,制备了一种新型共聚物。测定了共聚物的结构、分子质量和热稳定性。采用静态阻垢法及旋转挂片腐蚀实验法研究了单体物质的量比不同时,共聚物对碳酸钙、磷酸钙的阻垢效果及对碳钢的缓蚀效果。结果表明:当n(PDQA):n(AMPS)在1:1.5~1.5:1时,共聚物的分子质量较大,热稳定性较高,且对碳酸钙、磷酸钙有一定阻垢作用,对碳钢有良好的缓蚀效果。

Abstract: A new kind of copolymer has been prepared,using N-allyl-3,5-dicarboxylate chloride(PDQA) and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS) as monomers. The structure,molecular mass and thermal stabi-lity of the copolymer have been characterized. Using the static scale inhibition method and rotation coupon corrosion experimental method,the scale inhibition effect of the copolymer on CaCO3 and Ca3(PO4)2 scales, and the corrosion inhibition effect of the copolymer on carbon steel are investigated,when the quantity of the monomer substances are different. The results show that when n(PDQA):n(AMPS) is 1:1.5-1.5:1,the molecular mass of copolymer is com-paratively big,and heat stability comparatively high,having a certain scale inhibition effect on CaCO3 and Ca3(PO4)2,andexcellent corrosion inhibition effect on carbon steel.
