摘要: 采用TFS-OF+RO工艺分类处理含铬和含镍废水,工程运行情况表明:TFS-OF+RO工艺对污染物的去除效果好。镍、铬、锌等重金属污染物的去除率均>97%,其他污染物的去除率均超过92%。处理后的生产废水70%可以回用作电镀等生产用水,其余执行《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900-2008)表3的特别排放限值要求达标排放。

Abstract: The thruflux filtration separation-overlapping flow+reverse osmosis(TFS-OF+RO) process has been used for the classification treatment of chromium-containing wastewater and nickel-containing wastewater. The engineer-ing operation shows that the removing effect of TFS-OF+RO process on the pollutants is good. The removing rates of heavy metal pollutants,such as nickel,chromium,zinc,etc. are all above 97%,and the removing rates of other pollu-tants are higher than 92%. 70% of the treated industrial wastewater can be reused as process water,for example as wa-ter for electroplating. The rest effluent is implemented according to the discharge limit values of table 3 specified in the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating(GB 21900-2008).
