油、水井酸化作业返排液处理技术

Treatment technology of flowback waste liquid for oil/water well acidizing operation

摘要: 油、水井酸化作业返排液成分复杂,处理难度大。提出在井口就地处理、就地回用回注的思路。对11口油、水井酸化返排液进行了分析,确定了沉降预分离-多功能处理系统-多级过滤工艺,优选了中和剂、氧化剂、絮凝剂和污泥浓缩剂,研制了撬装处理设备,现场实施15井次,处理后返排液pH 6~8,油和悬浮物质量浓度均低于10 mg/L,实现了就地回用回注。

Abstract: The components of flowback liquid in oil/water wells acidizing operation is complicated,and difficult to be treated. The concept that treatment on spot,recycling and reinjection on spot at the well-mouth is put forward. The flowback liquid samples from 11 oil/water wells are analyzed,the sedimentation-multifunctional processing system-filtration process selected,the neutralization agent,oxidant,flocculants and sludge concentrate optimized by field tests,skidding and mounting treatment equipment developed,and on site practices implemented 15 well-times. The treated flowback liquid pH is 6-8,and the mass concentrations of both oil and SS materials are lower than 10 mg/L. As a result,the recycling on spot and reinjection on spot are now realized.
