摘要： 某钢厂的转炉炼钢除尘水系统采用板框式压滤机，经常因滤布堵塞板结导致喷浆事件的发生。常规物理法清洗不彻底，以无机酸进行化学清洗的方法损坏滤布，而频繁地更换滤布又会增加运行成本。为此研制了一种专门针对滤布堵塞问题的清洗剂TS-7609，经现场应用，滤布堵塞板结的情况得以明显改善，大大降低了运行成本。

Abstract: The plate and frame filter press had been used in the converter steel-making dust-removing system in a steel works. However,spraying events often occurred,because the filter cloth often got blocked and hardened. It was found that conventionally physical cleaning could not get rid of the filth thoroughly,while chemical cleaning with inorganic acid used to damage the filter cloth,and replacing the filter cloth frequently would increase operating costs. Therefore,a kind of cleaning agent TS-7609 which is designed specifically to solve this problem has been developed and prepared. Through on site application,the filter cloth blockage and hardening phenomena are overcome obviously,and the operation costs reduced greatly.
