摘要: 对1 000 MW超超临界直流炉机组实现了给水从AVT(R)到弱氧化处理(WOT)的转化过程,对给水中的微氧含量进行精准控制,转化期间凝结水持续补氧,含氧量控制在30~40 μg/L,转化完成后,除氧器入口和凝结水含氧量相当,除氧器出口和省煤器入口含氧量由最初的1~2 μg/L稳定在5~7 μg/L,并且省煤器入口ORP稳定在-50 mV左右,其铁含量基本上小于期望值3 μg/L,达到预期效果。

Abstract: The conversion process of feed water from AVR(R) to weak oxygenated treatment(WOT) for the 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical one-through boiler unit has been achieved,and micro oxygen content of feed water is controled accurately. During the conversion period,oxygen replenishment to condensate water continued successively,and the oxygen content controlled at 30-40 μg/L. After the accomplishment of conversion,the oxygen content at the deaerator inlet is equivalent to that in the condensate water. The oxygen contents at the deaerator inlet and coal economizer inletstay stably at 5-7 μg/L from the initial 1-2 μg/L,and the ORP at the inlet of the economizer stay stably at about -50 mV. The iron content is basically less than the predicted value of 3 μg/L,achieving the predicted effect.
