摘要:

分析了各种给水处理方式的原理和特点,介绍了给水弱氧化处理的技术原理及要点。对660 MW超临界直流炉机组实施了给水弱氧化性处理,探讨了WOT的工况控制,并进行了效果评估。结果表明:采用WOT给水处理方式可明显降低热力系统的结垢、积盐速率和氧化皮生长及剥落,显著提高了机组安全运行水平及腐蚀防护水平,取得了良好的经济效益和环境效益。

Abstract:

This paper analyzed the principle and characteristics of various water treatment methods, and the technical principles and key points of weak oxygenated treatment(WOT) were introduced. The WOT for 660 MW supercritical DC furnace unit was carried out, and the WOT mode operating condition control was discussed, and the performance was evaluated. The results showed that the scale formation and salt deposition rate of the thermal system and scale growth and peeling of oxide scale could be obviously reduced by using the WOT. Thus, it significantly improved the safe operation level and corrosion protection level of the unit, and had excellent economic and environmental benefits.
