臭氧-生物活性炭联合应用提高电厂补给水水质

Ozone-biological activated carbon process for the treatment of boiler make-up water

摘要:

针对于目前火力发电厂补给水中的有机物含量过高的问题,采用臭氧-生物活性炭(O3-BAC)工艺对其进行处理。实验结果表明,当O3的投加质量浓度为3mg/L、接触时间为20min、炭柱停留时间为20min,O3-BAC工艺对CODMn的平均去除率为52.57%,UV254的平均去除率为68.15%。同时O3和BAC协同作用使O3-BAC的活性炭柱出水水质稳定,延长了活性炭的使用寿命。实验表明,O3-BAC工艺在锅炉补给水处理中的应用可行。

Abstract:

Aiming at the high organic substance problem in the make-up water of boilers in heat power plants, the process of ozone (O3)-biological activated carbon (BAC) is applied. The result shows that when the dosage of ozone is 3 mg/L,the contact time of ozone is 20 min and the retention time for BAC column is 20 min,the average removal rate of CODMn is 52.57% and the removal rate of UV254 is 68.15%. In the meantime,the effluent of the BAC column is stable and its lifetime is prolonged when the ozone is in coordination with BAC. The result shows that the process of 03-BAC is feasible in the application of make-up water treatment of boilers.
