印染废水出水COD提标的工程实例

摘要: 广东省某纺织印染企业对24 000 m3/d印染废水处理工程进行CODCr指标的提标改造,在原二沉池出水的基础上添加臭氧催化氧化-曝气生物滤池(BAF)工艺。结果表明,系统运行稳定,可将出水CODCr从90 mg/L降低至50 mg/L以下,运行费用低于0.7元/t,出水水质达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287-2012)。

Abstract: An upgrading and modification project of CODCr index for the 24 000 m3/d dyeing and printing wastewater treatment process has been implemented by a textile,dyeing and printing plant in Guangdong Province,China. Based on the original second sedimentation tank effluent,the ozone catalytic ozonation-biological aerated filter(BAF) process has been added. The results show that the system runs steadily. Its effluent CODCr can be decreased from 90 mg/L to less than 50 mg/L,and its running costs is lower than ¥ 0.7/t. The effluent can reach the Discharge Standards of Industrial Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry(GB 4287-2012).
