物化预处理-CASS工艺处理农药中间体废水工程实例

Case of the treatment of pesticide intermediates wastewater by physicochemical pretreatment-CASS process

摘要: 对不同工艺废水采用物化方法分质预处理后,利用CASS工艺处理综合废水,设计处理量为400 m3/d。运行实践表明:三效蒸发对COD、氯化物、总磷、甲苯、氨氮等去除率可达到91.5%、98.1%、98.0%、87.3%、99.1%,铁碳微电解-Fenton氧化-混凝沉淀组合工艺对甲苯的去除率可达到96.3%,整个工艺处理出水COD低于82 mg/L,氯化物低于97 mg/L,总磷低于1.5 mg/L,甲苯低于0.32 mg/L,氨氮低于25 mg/L,出水水质达到接管要求。

Abstract: After different kinds of industrial wastewaters was pretreated separately by physicochemical processes, CASS process has been used for treating comprehensive wastewater. The designed treatment capacity is 400 m3/d. The operational practice results show that after the triple effect evaporation,the removing rates of COD,chloride,total phosphorus,toluene and ammonia nitrogen can reach 91.5%,98.1%,98.0%,87.3% and 99.1%,respectively. After treated by the combined process,ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis-Fenton oxidation-coagulation precipitation,the removing rate of toluene reaches 96.3%. Treated by the whole process,the effluent COD is less than 82 mg/L,chloride less than 97 mg/L,total phosphorus less than 1.5 mg/L,toluene less than 0.32 mg/L and ammonia nitrogen less than 25 mg/L. The effluent water quality can meet the take-over requirements.
