通过电去离子性能变化模式判断故障成因

Judgment on trouble causes according to the changing models of electro-deionization performances

摘要: 电去离子元件价格较高,且难以直接通过运行数据判断其是否出现故障。为了建立通过分析运行数据以判断电去离子故障成因的方法,分析了3个案例,通过数据标准化判断出其性能变化的模式,进而推测出这些案例中故障的成因。针对每个电去离子模块的解剖和化学清洗,也验证了通过性能变化模式来判断故障成因的可靠性。结合电去离子工艺的原理,总结出了电去离子模块经受氧化、浓水侧结垢、铁离子中毒、二氧化碳耗尽的性能变化模式。

Abstract: It is know that the prices of electro-deionization elements are rather high, and the troubles occurred are difficult to be judged through direct observation on operation data. In order to set up a method that can judge the trouble causes through analyzing operation data, three cases were analyzed. Through data normalization, the performance changing models of the electro-deionization elements have been judged, and the trouble causes of these cases have been surmised further. Through anatomy and chemical cleaning of every module of the electro-deionization, the reliability of the judgment on trouble causes according to the performance changing models have been tested. Through the combination with the principles of electro-deionization process, the performance changing models of electro-deionization modules subjected to oxidation, scaling on the concentrated water side, iron ion poisoning, and carbon dioxide depletion have been summarized.
