摘要:

超纯水系统是郑州旭飞光电科技有限公司非常重要的制水系统,在使用中,该系统存在的一些问题对生产造成了比较大的影响。针对存在的问题,确定对该系统中EDI产水量调节方式进行改造。运行结果表明,系统改造后,消除了故障隐患,降低了设备运行成本,提高了公司经济效益。

关键词: 超纯水, 电去离子, 产水量调节

Abstract:

The super-pure water system is a very important water-making system in Zhengzhou Xufei Optoelectronic Technology Co.,Ltd.During application,the problems existing in the system has caused rather serious influences on the production.Aiming at the existed problems,it is determined to reform the regulation mode of EDI water yield of the system.The operation results show that after the system reform,the malfunctions and hidden trouble have been excluded,the operation cost lowered and economic profit of the company raised.
