超纯水系统EDI装置化学清洗及灭菌方法

摘要: 超纯水系统中的电去离子(EDI)装置由于长时间运行会逐渐出现污堵,导致EDI装置不能正常运行和使用寿命缩短。通过对某公司EDI装置在长期运行下产生的污堵清洗方法和过程进行总结整理,为超纯水系统设备管理、EDI装置化学清洗及灭菌维护提供借鉴。

Abstract: Contamination and blockage occur gradually in the electrodeionization (EDI) device of ultra-pure water systems,due to long-time running. As a result,the EDI device could not be operated normally and its service time could be shortened. The cleaning method and courses for contamination and blockage resulted from long-time running of the EDI device in a company have been collated and summarized. This essay provides reference for the management of ultra-pure water systems and chemical cleaning or sterilization maintenance of EDI device.
