油田污水处理站过滤器反洗回收水罐改造设计

摘要: 针对油田含油污水处理站过滤系统反洗回收水罐泥水分离与排出存在的问题,设计排泥装置,实现反洗排水接收、澄清、排泥和水回收四个过程的自动循环执行和罐的交替切换运行。改造后,使污水处理系统更加稳定运行,操作运行强度大大降低。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems existed in the sludge-water separation and discharge for the backwash recovery filter in an oilfield oil-bearing wastewater treatment station,a sludge discharging device has been designed. The automatic circulation implement of four processes,such as backwashing discharge water receiving,clarification,sludge discharge and water recovery,and the alternatively switch running of the tank have thus been realized. After the reform,the wastewater treatment system runs more steadily,and the operation running strength has thus been reduced greatly.
