超滤系统污堵原因分析及化学清洗实践

摘要:

超滤系统在火力发电厂化学制水中的应用越来越广泛,如何防止运行过程中因超滤膜的污染、污堵导致的超滤系统突发故障,是超滤系统日常运行控制的重点。针对超滤系统突发污堵故障进行研究分析,及时制定化学清洗对策,通过清洗实践进一步体现了化学清洗恢复膜性能的重要性,为今后超滤系统的污染控制找到适宜方法。

Abstract:

Ultrafiltration system is widely used in chemical water production in thermal power plant. How to prevent the ultrafiltration system from breaking down due to the UF membrane pollution and fouling during operation is an important work of daily operation control of UF system. The fault failure of sudden fouling in the ultrafiltration system was studied and analyzed, and the solution and implementation measures for chemical cleaning were formulated in time. The importance of chemical cleaning to restore membrane performance was further demonstrated through cleaning practice, so as to find suitable methods for pollution control in the future.
