冲渣循环水管道结垢原因分析及化学清洗

Analysis on the causes of slag circulating water pipe scaling and chemical cleaning

摘要:

通过分析冲渣循环水系统历史运行参数和检查割管垢样,得出冲渣循环水系统出力下降的主要原因是冷渣水管和冲洗水管结垢严重。分析得到垢的主要成分为钙镁垢,清洗采用HCl+缓蚀剂+渗透剂。清洗后,冷渣水管和冲洗水管管壁洁净,冷渣水泵出口压力由0.80 MPa降至0.65 MPa,工作电流由70 A上升至89 A,系统恢复了出力,达到预期的清洗效果。

Abstract:

By analyzing the historical operation parameters of the slag circulating water system and the inspected scale samples of cut pipes,it is know that the main causes of the output decrease of the slag circulating water system is that the cold slag water pipe scaling and washing water pipe scaling are serious. The main scale ingredients obtained from the analysis are calcium and magnesium scale. HCl+inhibitors+penetrant process has been used for its cleaning. By cleaning,when cold slag water pipe and rinsing water pipe walls are clean,the outlet pressure of the cold slag water pump decreases from 0.80 MPa to 0.65 MPa,and working current increases from 70 A to 89 A. The system has restored its output,achieving predicted cleaning effect.
