超滤进水压强异常升高原因分析及对策

摘要:

对某发电厂2×660 MW机组锅炉补给处理水系统超滤装置进水压强异常升高原因进行查找和分析,认为其主要原因为:铝盐在超滤系统内二次沉积及超滤反洗工况控制不佳导致超滤膜表面迅速形成污堵层。采取化学清洗后,超滤装置的进水压强在较短的时间内恢复至正常值,并对现场原水预处理及超滤系统控制工艺进行改进,超滤系统运行一个月后进水压强维持为0.10 MPa左右,系统运行稳定。

Abstract:

The causes of the abnormal rise of the influent pressure intensity in the ultra-filtration system of a boiler make-up water treatment system with 2×660 MW units in a power plant has been investigated and analyzed. It is thought that the main cause is that the working conditions of secondary precipitation and ultra-filtration backwash of aluminum salt in the ultra-filtration system are not well controlled,resulting in the rapid formation of fouling layers on the surface of ultra-filtration membrane. After having been cleaned,the influent pressure intensity of the ultra-filtration system can restore its normal value in a short time,and improve the control processes of spot original water pretreatment and ultra-filtration system. After a one-month running,the influent water pressure intensity of the ultra-filtration system maintains at about 0.10 MPa and the ultra-filtration system runs steadily.
